Gear is older. Set in an old mill. The gym itself is okay. Free weights are very good. Steps to climb on your way in. Needs an update as in modernising. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Everything works. It isn’t a big gym. No problems with it at all. Honest review
Definitely the best gym in town. Wide range of free weights, machines, cardio equipment, matted area with punching bags and room for functional training. Pole dance and conditioning classes, sun beds and steam room available to use. It’s got all you need.
Great gym with fantastic staff, reasonably priced too.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at this gym. Very friendly staff and decent gym users. Can’t go wrong with 24 hour access. Relatively clean compared to others. Large car park. Found the bathrooms always clean.
good gym with high quality equipment the staff are very friendly and kind i’ve had nothing but a positive experience at the gym since i joined when it first opened the showers are very clean all the people are friendly i would reccomend anyone to join from a beginner to an experienced gym member.

Best are Monday and Friday morning bootcamp and wipeout with Zoe Walker.

Well when its come to fitness the well being of your body ,the meeting of interesting people like minded and passionate a well equipped gym whit machine that are both easy to understand and operate without compromise on safety, I choose facilities.

Excellent place, excellent atmosphere and excellent service. I’v been here for a year now, they open early so I get in before work, free car park helps especially with all the restricted parking around.

Forget about VA, JD, Exercise for Less and Pure, if you’re looking for a proper gym, with proper equipment and a gnarly sound-system.. This is the place to train. The atmosphere is incredible, it’s gender friendly and the staff are all down to earth and helpful.
