I cannot even find the words to do justice to how amazing my experience of therapy with Andrew has been! It has been truely life changing! I had experienced a lot of trauma in my childhood that I had not been able to fully deal with my whole adult life.
I had a few sessions with Andrew while going through what felt like a turbulent time in life. I also approached him to get some help quitting smoking. I found Andrew’s methods to be holistic and to take into account my personality.

I got in touch with my therapist Jane independently with no idea what to expect from cognitive behavioural therapy, having dealt with depressive episodes for several years prior. In 8 sessions together we diagnosed the issue, generalised anxiety disorder, and underwent a series of simple exercises to change the way I think about it.
I would highly recommend Jane to anyone considering CBT. Her approach was tailored to my individual needs and goals from day one, and she quickly adapted sessions as we went based on the work I had done between sessions so things moved at the pace I needed.
