Phoned in the afternoon and made an appointment for the next morning. Turned up as arranged and dealt with quickly. Less than half the cost the estate agency was going to charge, friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend.
Came recommended and I was very impressed, Quick to respond and arrange appointment, great communication throughout especially as I needed commercial and residential EPC’s, Once completed the certificates were produced promptly, competent and great value, all important factors in a busy environment.

EPC Direct would like to offer services for domestic epc for landlords, local estate agents and home owners. We offers professional floor plans for estate agents and landlords. At EPC Direct we will email epc back to you within 24 hrs of the visit to the property. We have extensive experience in lodging the epc on the central register. Our energy assessors are fully qualified, insured and CRB checked. The whole survey will take aprox. 20-25 minutes and we have to gather information on the walls, floors, main heating, sencondary heating, heating controls, loft access and floor measurements. We cover Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley and surrounding area.
