She is very realistic about the kind of support one requires and the time it may take on ones journey. I thought I would need over 12 sessions to get past my difficult moments but as I put in the work and acted upon the advice she gave me it only took 9 sessions. She used a range of different therapeutic techniques to support me on my journey.

I started off coming to see Sharon for hypnotherapy due to my anxiety which had been ongoing a few years. I finally plucked up the courage to speak to someone as it was really starting to affect me socially.

Suzanne works with genuine empathy and warmth, she is very generous with her time and our sessions feel so relaxed. I am noticing lots of positive changes in myself following on from our sessions, and I am really looking forward to continuing to build on what I have achieved with her guidance.

Suzanne is fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough! She’s empathetic, generous and really down to earth. She helped me with anxiety and gave me immediate and practical ways to manage it. She also helped me piece together the different things I had been thinking and feeling, leading to improving my self-belief which has previously been a blocker in my work as a coach and yoga teacher. It’s been so good I’m continuing our sessions on a regular basis.

Her laser radar enabled her to pinpoint my true issue. Her experience and compassion means she could lovingly tease out and accelerate the healing of my shadow.
