Small practice, 5 minutes from home, didn’t know it was there. Needed treatment urgently, found it by Internet search, made a call & got an appointment very quickly. My physio, Kate, is very kind and is treating me for severe neck & shoulder pain and she has helped with tips on how to help myself. So glad I found her.
Been attending regular physio with Rebecca at the Bradford site for 18 months now. I can’t recommend the service enough. From going with daily back pain on a weekly basis, to just once a month maintenance treatment Rebecca really has made life pain free and so much better.

Recently had treatment with Deniz for a back and shoulder injury. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked wonders with the exercise programme and massage therapy which helped loosen muscle and relief pain. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

David was very professional and informative regarding my problems. In all sessions with David he was always explaining what was the extent of my problems and how they could be resolved with Physio and regular exercise. From the very first session there was a small improvement in my movements,
